Welcome to Talk Sox!

So many positive posts in the last 12 hours: I was beginning to wonder if I was at the wrong site.

Ahhh, what a couple wins over the Yanks can do!

22-12 over the last 3 seasons. They are our bitch.

I'm most excited at the performances of Bello. He is finally realizing all this talent which has tantalized us for  several seasons.  Man the Yankees just play such sloppy defense, their lineup is not deep at all.  But Duran got his footwork screwed up and despite what the announcer claimed that play was close when it didn't have to be.

We have had a lot of great closers over the years. But I don't remember any of them being as dominant as Chapman has been this season.

KOJI during the 2013 season had a truly amazing season. He had an ERA+ of 379.

I know it's still counting, but Chapman's fWar still should be higher at this point.

No problem. We've had some great closers in the Henry era.

He has 50 IP. WAR is helped by 70-80 IP for RP'ers.
