Correction, Hosmer also can't recognize the spin. Seeing the arm angle and spin on a curve ball is an essential skill. Try taking a few pitches until you see it.

I'm pretty sure JH will prevail. The guy with biggest wallet usually does. I'm not a member of the Cora cult, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's back next season. Same with Bloom; I believe he has another year's length of rope to hang himself.

Nice effort by Raffy to walk towards first to allow the DP. He might not have beat the retrun throw but maybe he could have tried.
