I've given Plawecki a lot of credit, but with Houck it's pretty obvious the Sox pitching coach had to intervene before Houck walked the entire Yankees team throwing nothing but fastballs--all of which, it's quite obvious, Plawecki called for. So five quick sliders, a GIDP and a K, and Houck is out of the inning.

Houck has been better in relief than starting. He doesn't have a big repertoire, but he can throw hard and he has a nice slider.
