Not counting Andriese, and we really shouldn't, the SOX BP was very good again.

We only need a couple minor adjustments.

Bye bye Santana and Andriese.

Workman & Rios can wait until our injured players return.

At least jacko admits he is not a Sox fan.

I’m from Natick you asshat I love this team Jerk off.....just because I can’t stand Bobby Santana and your boy crush in AAA doesn’t mean I don’t bleed Boston.Moon you have always been a f***ing Prick and always will be a f***ing prick .

Rios's slider looked good tonight. I just don't know how long the SOX BP can continue to clean up the mess caused by the starters. Only time will tell.

If that's love, who needs hate?

I've never heard a Yankee fan hate on the Sox like you do.

Relentless & extreme bashing.

At least 50 bashing for every half-way good thing to say about a Sox player or employee.

And this, during a wildly over- achieving season.

The fact that you can't even see the hate you spew is indeed worthy of ignoring as you and several other real Sox fans have suggested I and others do.

Our pen has been really good.

We just need a little tinkering.

Of course, after an 8-2 loss, the clowns come out of the woodwork wanted a compete overhauling of one of the most exciting and surprising Sox teams we've seen in years.

They're 33-38, so they're definitely not as bad as some other teams in MLB. Heck, they took 2 games from the best road team in baseball.

...all this without their superstar LF'er!

Moon, I think the starting pitching is going to take more than just a 'little tinkering.' But, no doubt, so far this team has been surprising and better than anyone could have expected back in late March. We'll just ride this magic bus until it runs out of gas.

Workman looked to be getting better as his starts came in

Serious question. WHERE IS VALDEZ?????? He hasn’t been bad this year, why do we not use him. Makes no sense. Plays a couple games and then we don’t see him for weeks. Wtf.

Ya agreed. Put him I. The 5th spot.

That’s a decent looking rotation

But it comes with a big IF.

Can’t be any worse than the rotation is now

Or using Andriese and Valdez is no where to be seen. Stupid decisions

I think he was hurt.

Pitching hurt.

This is certainly true. The big 'if' mainly applies to Sale and when he will be able to pitch significant innings.

Maybe Brasier and moving a starter or two to the pen will be all the "tinkering" it needs.

Sale and Whitlock or even Houck might be the "shock" the rotation needs, but I'm not sure we can wait that long for the Calvary.

I just checked the internet on Valdez. He was optioned on 6/10 to Worcester. Nothing was mentioned about any injury, but who knows?

Your use of the word 'calvary' made me think how ironic it would be if Sale's 1st game back was against the Guardians.

That was ugly. This team is funny ugly. It makes me think "what is going through the minds of all the other teams fans that are not in first", cause this first place unshapen team is giving me fits.

We are in the tops in runs scored in the league. And our runs against aint so good. I think we are all seeing defense is nothing to joke about. Whoever posted about letting opposing teams get 4 ours on are already suspect pitching team is right. We can hit, we just can't prevent.

Richards is just unlikable no matter what. He seems like a dick even when he is winning. It's strange, I've never taken more of a dislike to a Sox player than that guy and it started months ago. I hope we can find a replacement, but that seems a tall order.

You live in Houston. A couple hundred miles to your NW is an Army post, the home of the 1st Cavalry Division. They still have horses for ceremonial purposes. Fort Hood also has several Army chapels, and in them on occasion there might be a mention or two of a place called Calvary.
