This is really fun!

It’s a joy to watch! They remind me of me when I play baseball except I strike out

So I guess they don’t remind me of me at all.

Gotta love Devers and Bogie, but they ain't cheap, and I'm not talking about salaries. While I love seeing good/great defensive plays, I have usually argued it's not that important. But yesterday someone commented the White Sox were getting a lot of infield hits. And I think we have all noticed that both of them seem to be slow getting rid of the ball without gaining much accuracy.

On Verdugo's HR:

@redsoxstats

Fun fact, that is Verdugo's 15th extra base hit at Fenway the last 2 years, he now has 1 double and 1 home run to the right side of second base, everything else oppo.

Eovaldi is pitching vey well but most important his stuff is there again. Seems like he feels healthy and when he is healthy he is a stud.

Ya he has been fantastic this year. In complete control and knows exactly what he wants to throw and where. It’s beautiful to watch.

Is Marwin the new Brockstar?

A mediocre player whose only utility is that he can marginally play almost any position? Sure.

Good break on the error, bad break on Marwin slipping. At least scoring in every inning is still intact!

yeah reminds me his 2018 stuff. Hopefully he stays healthy moving forward.

It would have been so dumb to trade Vaz to the Rays in the offseason.

Christian is a top 3 C in the majors in my book and very underrated.

He’s delivering ace material type stuff!!! Having him and E Rod is a beauty 1 2 combination

.. and if Sale comes back fully healthy this Sox will make some noise.

SOX play the O's 4 games from May 7th thru the 10th. That will be 10 games against the O's before the SOX even play their 1st against the Yankems. Schedule makers must be on some illegal substance.

@SoxNotes

Kiké Hernández is the first Red Sox player to hit a leadoff HR on Patriots’ Day since Ellis Burks on 4/18/88 vs. TEX.

Oh man it’s fun to think about!! Still not time table for him :( hope he returns this season.

Fortunately for the RED SOX and other contenders in the AL there is no dominant team. That's not the case in the NL.

Yeah, actually these White Sox are one of the named "contenders" teams for this season and while it's still early, I don't see a clear superiority like the Dodgers are showing in the NL.

Nate is at 70 pitches through 5.1. He has only gone 7 innings 4 times as a Red Sox. His most was 8 against the Yanks in 2018 (also a career high).

Should be interesting to see who comes out of the AL West. Seattle won't play this well forever. A's are starting to look like the team we thought they would be after the slow start. Don't count the Astros out yet; they are a little banged up right now. Is this the year the Angels finally make the playoffs?

... and against a stacked lineup.

He has only thrown 100+ pitches twice in his Red Sox career.

Usually, all teams have some weaknesses in their make-up, but LA doesn't appear to have any. If that team stays fairly healthy they will be an immovable object.
