Rangers (Jurado) squares off against The Red Sox (Darwinzon Hernandez)

Boston's No 1 pitching prospect gets the nod tonight.............. Ugh..... Good luck kid. I hope we don't crush his spirits for years to come.

Ariel Jurado for Texas has been very good his last 3 starts for Texas.

Darwinzon has a chance to move himself into my "definitely traded" bucket with a solid outing tonight.

I'm feeling some TylerD mojo. baby Mook mojo.

No. You are breaking the long standing rules of mojo.

Has it worked this year? Like at all???? Has anything worked this year. We suck..... Rules go out the window when your team is hot garbage.

perhaps thats what this team needs?

reverse mojo

Exactly!

"mojo" only applies when we are winning. We haven't had "mojo" all year so whatever we are doing on this board clearly isn't working. Unless you count beating the Royals and other garbage teams as mojo.

I'm gunna have to agree here. I wear red socks when I feel like I need to do my part.. do any of you??

Maybe THAT'S why we are sitting at .500 I will not rest until I guilt trip everyone here into owning several pairs.. lol

Interesting..... I may invest in a pair..... doubt Wal Mart has them. May have to go to a suit shop for those.

I believe Station suffering through Seagal movies worked for a while...

Yankees have been struggling lately yet these clowns haven’t take advantage of the situation.

I'll be surprised if this team finishes 10 games over .500 this year.

They are consistently blowing chances to gain ground in the division

and currently sitting in third place.

Cleveland

Chicago

Texas

Oakland

LA

Are the Red Sox going to hold those teams off in order to play a wildcard game in NY/Tampa?

That's the goal at this point. I don't wanna hear that it's still early because I'm not buying it.

I have seen enough of this team to accept who they are.

One year ago today, the eventual NL Champion Dodgers were 33-32...

The San Francisco Giants were 33-33 en route to a 73-89 finish ...

Was that you and not Station?

Sure was! The earlier movies were good (Hard to Kill, Marked For Death, Under Siege) but my god..... the Later movies when he starts to bulk up were just painful lmao.

I have said all along if we can get a Wild Card game I think we are gold..... With the way Sale has been pitching I think we win that game (then again, with this offense who the hell knows and BP) but now I just honestly don't think we make the playoffs. I don't think Texas is quite the pretend team I thought they were and Oakland is still decent. Too much competition and we are playing .500 baseball. Unless we get on a roll quick this season is a massive fail.

Ok, first I need to stop harassing Station via PM to watch more Seagal movies. (Kidding of course. I’m not going to stop.)

SECOND, Tyler. Get going here and resume watching and re-watching those movies!! 95 more times!!

Good for "de Doyers". I'm sure that there are a number of similar examples throughout

baseball's 150 year history.

I'd love to be wrong about this and I would be the first guy to admit it.

But please tell me what you have seen FROM THIS YEARS TEAM that gives

you confidence in September and possibly October. Virtually every position

player is having a down year, Devers & Bogaerts notwithstanding. We have nagging

injuries. We are dealing with an absolute mess in the pen brought to us in part

by Alex Cora. That aside.. does the fielding and base running look solid to you thus far?

Go Bruins!

........ They're so bad..............

Guess I can watch The Glimmer Man and Exit Wounds. I think those were his last decent movies lol.

Now that I can get on board with. He still keeps himself in really good shape at least!
