RHP Shane "Not Justin" Bieber (3-2, 3.11) vs RHP Ryan Weber (1-0, 1.29)

Note the 6:10 start, which was done to accommodate the Bruins.

Throwback to when people called Cleveland "Believeland". How the fighty have fallen, except for the Browns.

Win. Dance. Repeat. Uber over to TD Garden. Win. Skate. Repeat.

Good lineup. Let's keep it. LH, RH doesn't make much fifference any more. Too many pitching changes.

Really like this lineup and order. Holt at 2nd, Chavis at 1st.

The play Chavis made at 2nd last night is a 3rd baseman's play. Step and a dive. He still has lousy footwork for a 2nd baseman and two left feet around the actual 2nd base bag. like him at 1st. Still would need tons of coaching and tons of repetitions to even be a competently below average 2nd baseman and tons more to be anything more than that at 2nd base.

But notice the Sox PR dept is already full bore all in on Chavis. Photoshopped graphics of Chavis next to Betts, Chavis facial fuzz photoshopped away. Here it comes folks. We are about to get the full Sox PR blitz if it is not already in full force.

It would be a perfect lineup if Benintendi and Betts were flipped, but that's a lost cause at this point

Not fair to expect much tonight .Terrible demoralizing loss last night and a pitcher who is thrust into a very bad situation now .I do not expect a World Series this year unless we get a Closer .So for me It's a bring up the kids type year and see what we have for the future .Yes I'm punting and selling if no closer is had in next 72 hours .Truth

I didn't expect a World Series from the start of Spring Training. There was a very very slim chance we would repeat, as the numbers are just not in our favor. But, that doesn't mean watching/playing the game can't be fun. They're fine. Everything's fine.

Adding one relief pitcher is not enough to win a World Series. This team needs to acquire two

arms in order to give 2019 a legit shot. I never want to see Brasier in the 9th again.

I just think we are a closer away from repeating .Barnes ,Workman have been lights out Matt has a fantastic FIP .Mookie ,JD ,Devers even Mitch have been great .JBJ has shown some life even .Benny needs to be better to repeat and we need a closer .Evoldi may very well be that guy .I still want Craig on this team .

There is that. But I have already given up on that one myself. Cora's heels are entirely dug in on that one. Then again, Beni does not deserve to bat 2nd either. He should be farther down in the order.....much farther down.

Beni is hitting like he's comfy being in the #8 slot. He needs to start to come around a bit.

Him batting lead off is Cora's sick inside joke.

If pitching is about pounding strikes and getting ahead, this guy sure isn't showing it. Non competitive pitches and is force to throw one down the middle after a 3 ball count.

Prove me wrong Beni, but you will be at .250 when this night ends. Beginning to reach your Peter Principle as a lead off hitter . BTW, a rollover soft grounder to the right side equals a pop-up, so you are still Pops, pup

Betts swing at such crap while looking at good pitches. It's totally different than 2018.

Better wait out the AB before coaching Mookie, lol

Weber reverting to his historic mean so far in this one. Overall still the problem of a pitching staff with significant liabilities in its back half.

Just tuned in. We’re losing. Shocker.

This team has the look of a team that plays well when they feel like it..

the rest of the time it's just vanilla.
