To clear Leon is a win. Lineup is real short when Moreland, Kinsler, Nunez, and Leon are sucking up nearly 50% of the order

I wouldn't even give him one AB. I would bring in Swihart in the bottom of the the 3rd. The Red Sox need offense tonight.

 

 

David Price's teams were 0-9 in his 9 postseason starts prior to tonight. And after the Boston starter failed to make it out of the second inning of ALDS Game 2, it's going to take some work by the Boston offense to keep that number from jumping to 0-10.

Kinsler can't hit spit this year. His Offensive WAR for the season is .1. But Cora loves his veterans. Nunez has no business out there either but in his case Cora's worried about Devers defense at 3b.

 

Holts OWAR is 1.6 and Devers is 1.2.
