As i've posted previously, not one of the AL teams the SOX have feasted on this year to win 100+ games will be in the playoffs.

 

With the expected Yankee win tonight, here are the W/L's

You are right, the only team Boston has a winning record against is NYY and that may change tomorrow. The others aren't exactly whitewashes, but they certainly played them all pretty tough

With this BP the best way for Cora to determine who should come in is by putting each BP pitcher's name in a hat, except for Kimbrel, and pulling a name from the hat. It will be just as effective as Cora sitting there and thinking about it.

The Astros might be the favorite to win it, but any of the other teams could also do it. I think the Yankees are slight underdogs compared to the other teams because of their SP.

I would have yesterday. Eovaldi pitches well against NY, Price does not.

We have no idea what Sevarino is doing to us. I want this team to look at video of this game. You can't grove your hitters for an opponent park especially this one. But you can at least understand what the f*** their pitcher is trying to do to you. We are helpless because we are clueless and its not hard to see what Sevarino is doing! All the pressure is on this Sox team because they have flamed out the last two seasons. Can you imagine if they get swept? They would have won close to 300 games in 3 seasons and 1 lousy win.

The Yankems play Tampa after this series and the Rays will provide tougher competition. It would have been nice to clinch in front of Yankem fans, but I doubt that will happen. Let's just hope the SOX don't lose HFA before the season's over.
