He's gotta keep Nunez feeling good about himself. I think it is much more about that than about sending Devers any message.

 

If he is trying to make anyone feel good about himself, I would think that Devers needs that more than Nunez.

 

Hopefully, Devers will respond to the challenge.

I don't see Kinsler as an everyday player, but I do like him playing 2nd 70-80% of the games.

The way that Cora likes to rest his players, there will be enough ABs for everyone. I'm guessing that unless the race really tightens up, the regulars will be getting a little more rest this month than they have been.
