Those old tweets are certainly offensive but at Spring Training this year Josh Hader was a favorite of Brewer fans. I was in the second row of a section of Milwaukee fans who were collecting Brewer autographs before the game. The fans absolutely adored the personable Hader, who was wearing his glove fingers-forward as a cap, hair down to the middle of his back and sporting tattoos everywhere.

 

We should decide how much Hader should be held accountable today for youthful indiscretions.

Frances McDormand is an interesting choice for the one cool woman. Terrific actress. Versatile (Mississippi Burning, Fargo, Laurel Canyon, Three Billboards in someplace, Missouri--plus comedies), married to one of the Coen brothers. But I'm guessing splendidsplinter was thinking of how she out-Clint'd Clint in Fargo by nailing the kidnappers by herself (she's a cop) while very pregnant (including morning sickness).

Can't put Bruce Lee on there. It took him too long to beat up Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and even then only by exposing his blindness to sunlight. No martial arts expert should struggle like that with a basketball player. Do you want to see Jason Statham fight to a draw with Chris Paul? And then only beat Paul by taking advantage of his peanut allergy? I didn't think so...
