If we play the Guardians, i would have no problem rolling Fister out to the mound, but I don't think Farrell will send him out ahead of Pomeranz unless he really falters down the stretch.

 

Was Fister not signed with anyone when we picked him up? I thought he was.

 

Last night OB and Eck were talking about how Fister didn't really have a spring training and his spring training started in May. It may be a part of his slow start with us.

 

If Fister keeps it going the rest of the season..... it would be hard not to throw him against any team, especially Cleveland.

Someone had him in the minors and wasn't promoting him. He opted out of the minor league deal and was a FA when we signed him. That is my recollection.
