Sox get Rajai Davis from Oakland

Just saw a brief interview of Davis on the pre-game show.

 

That guys seems mature and professional. Very articulate.

 

Both Dombrowski and Farrell have had good experiences with him.

 

Dombrowski had been looking at getting Davis for several weeks. That may help answer a700s question.

LOL...Moon, you have always been a Brentz fan....NOT!

 

30 HRs in a few short months is impressive. I understand the argument that he deserves a shot, but you're right. I've never had any confidence that he'd make it in the bigs, and I still don't.

 

I hope he proves me wrong.

I always note these things.

 

There are plenty of inarticulate white players.

 

Off the top of my head would be Buch. He always sounded like a goof.

I didn't remember the name Davis, but once I saw him I remembered seeing him play. That guy is a baller........ I like the pickup.
