Now I love the kid. I think his bat is very real. His speed and athleticism are assets.

 

But boy he has a habit of throwing to the wrong place and many of his throws are off the mark as well.

 

Of course I am not an expert. But I know where balls should be throw most of the time.

 

I don't think the kid is stupid. I do think that he has plenty to learn about how to properly play this game.

 

I had to look this up. But I thought Benni played college ball and he did. You would think someone who played college ball would have that kind of stuff down. That's four years of high end coaching.

 

I could see this kind of stuff coming from kid from an island who grew up hitting bottle caps with a broomstick and no coaching until they were late teens.......... but from Benni and his background it's kind of perplexing..

During the game, Remy and OB were going on about how important Pedroia has been to the organization and they both said that they hoped that people weren't taking him for granted. Then I think OB repeated that and said "I'm looking at you MVP."
