Have to say this plate umpire has been excellent. A few misses here and there but nothing ridiculous.

He's been consistent, that's all I ask. No complaints from me.

10 days ago he was hitting .304 with an .800 OPS..

 

He is hitting .254/.340/.314 in the last month. And roughly the same since dating back to last year this time.

Hanley has really been struggling lately.

 

Strange that...... he was hitting over 300 average only a week or two ago........ I guess slump.....

He was good most of May, he just had a really s***** end of May/start of this month. He's 4-30 over last week. Overall last month he hit.304/.400/.402/.842, which is solid.

He must have a really strong start to May. But he's been awful for a weeks now.

he got like 1 XBH in the last month.

 

yup....and was hitting over 300 average...... whishing more from him at bat........ but 300 average....

He's just in a little slump, it happens, he's a streaky hitter. The first month of the seasons Mookie was hitting .246 with an OBP under .400 and OPS under .700.. Hanley was literally hitting .310 like two weeks ago, during that time Chris Young was hitting .255, now he's over .300

 

I wouldnt say hes been bad for a while and he'll get hot soon enough, but right now he looks helpless.

Some late night people around here on the East Coast...

 

I'm a college student who is on summer break and works night shifts as a waiter during week, I don't sleep, I love west coast games lol.

Terrible. The guy is struggling to throw strikes and the bases are loaded with no one out. How can he swing at the first pitch?
