I asked in the other thread why this guy is considered a better option than Owens. I'm not sorry to see Owens go back down, but like you said, this guy's majors track record isn't good.

At least this guy throws strikes, which I guess is Red Sox thinking also. Owens will walk the ballpark, while at least with O'Sullivan, he is going to force guys to hit the ball and beat him.
