In Yankee - Twins game, CC got scratched and Mitchell started in his place. Mitchell took a horrific shot off his head in the second inning and had to leave the game.

It would have been a much different outing for Barnes if Hanley caught that very catchable ball with the bases loaded. The guy is not salvageable out there. They need to decide what to do with him, but he can't stay in Left Field. He is the second worse outfielder that I have seen on recent years. The worst was Daniel Murphy of the Mets. They tried getting his bat in the lineup in 2009 by putting him in LF. At least the Mets had enough sense to end their failed experiment a month or two into the season. Our guys are intent on making this work.
