Not his best game. But, he's getting out innings. That's what a ace of a staff would do.

A start where a pitcher battles shows me even more than when he tears through the other teams' lineup.

It is SO infuriating because I can only get the O's broadcast because I live 3 hours away. Horrible!!

Runs please!!

I know for a fact that everyone has a limit on how much Gary Thorne they can take.

He is an insufferable douche. At least Jim Palmer had the night off!!

The middle of your order is supposed to be the toughest part to pitch against . For the Red Sox, it's their weakest part of the order. Edited by NativeBostonian

I love this kid. Been following him since we got him from Baltimore. he is everything they expected and sooner than expected!

Also - that was an all-star ss play.

I could take an unending amount of Gary Thorne, so long as it is Gary Thorne being tortured by a dentist with Parkinson's

Baltimore is 15th in wRC+ and 12th in SRS, but the more I see this kid the more I like him.

E-Rod is an even keel player who throws his pitch and can locate. It helps that he's got a plus fastball and change as well as a pretty good breaking ball

He comes as advertised. The only thing that I find surprising is the kid's poise.

You forgot the great make up. Important for any 22 years old.
