I think Betts is safe. His hand was on at second and it looked like Zimmermann tagged air at third.

He stole 2 bases on one play. He stole 2nd and no one was covering 3rd, so he took off for third also

I agree. I don't see "conclusive" evidence to call him out. I don't see anyway they can say he is clearly out

Well that was pretty bizarre. It doesn't look like a tag got applied at third but out at second looks pretty clear.
