XB has been a huge disappointment. He hasn't even shown flashes of brilliance-- not in the field or at bat. The season has been a huge zero for him. The kid is not going to be a star. As for Bradley...just plain yuk. He' s a defensive replacement, and there is no room on today's pitching heavy rosters for such players.

 

While overall it has been bad for xander, he did show flashes. In april he was alright and the last half of may he was on a huge tear. But since june he has pretty much s*** the bed.

I still have hope that the core guys start helping these young boys and they start winning some games down the line. Im not real optimistic about turning it around and making the playoffs but I hope Ben makes some moves by the deadline to build on next year.

I saw it way back in April---this guy is a choker and those who attacked me for saying it are nowhere to be found. Come out come out wherever you are. The guy is a choker and is a weakling. Ever since we signed Drew this guy has gone completely in the tank. He is not tough and will most likely never make it in Boston.
