Surprised there wasn't one already, especially with some of the great games today.

As a Notre Dame fan, although I didn't see most of the game and they didn't play a very good team, it was still nice to see Tommy Rees play well, I'm really not sure what the hell to expect with him anymore.

Also, Tajh Boyd is a beast, hell of a game by him tonight.

So glad that Oregon State and Kansas State lost to FCS teams as well as UConn. Takes some of the embarrassment away.

Malcolm Mitchell out for the year after tearing ACL while celebrating a TD.

smh

Really sucks for him, he didn't even do anything wrong at all, at first I thought the video was going to be him showboating and doing something stupid and being injured, but all the dude did was jump in the air.

Also on the topic of Georgia, Todd Gurley is such a beast.

Miami just upset Florida.

Also, I'm really looking forward to ND/Michigan game tonight. Go Irish!

Go Blue! I want a top 10 team to come to UConn when I go to that game.

Can UConn get any worse? To think that I'm going to the Michigan game next week...

To be fair, UConn is always a terrible football school.

UCONN just can't handle those Maryland schools.

In UCONN's defense though, Maryland isn't horrible this year, CJ Brown is a beast and Stefon Diggs is an elite WR, who you will be seeing in the NFL possibly as soon as 2015.

When teams like Ohio State and Oregon play s***** schools, what is point of going for 2 after touchdowns, when up by like 35, other than being a dick? lol

Big story in the Hartford Courant this morning about how tonight's game is UConn's biggest ever - for many reasons. I've been listening to the same songs I use to pump myself up for my games all day, and I'll be taking off at around 6.

Enough with the cupcake blowouts. Both sides should be ashamed of themselves for arranging such lopsided games and wasting everyone's time. What's it say to Savannah St players when their school is taking money to put them up against a team they have little shot of even scoring against.

It's saying "hey, if you have a big game you'll get on ESPN. If you're playing West Xylophone St, a big game is meaningless."

UConn going for the upset.

Until a nice 4th quarter offensive malfunction. The Rent was rocking after 3, and then we all slowly watched UConn blow it. The place was at least 1/4 Michigan fans, who were very obnoxious the whole game.

My eyes were opened though. In April, I went on a field trip to UConn. The campus is beautiful and they have a huge engineering program. The football game showed me how classy of an institution it is. The band played "The Victors" before the game started. They really didn't have to do that. From famous Alumni to the students, UConn has a classy fan base. They are full of support. The entire women's basketball team, Kemba Walker, Ray Allen, Donyell Marshall, Kevin Ollie, and Jim Calhoun were all in the house, as well as my favorite Yankee (Jeter) who received a lot of boos when introduced partly because there were plenty of Sox fans there and partly because he's from Michigan.

Anyway, I'm seriously going to consider going to UConn when the time comes. If I don't get to play sports, I want to be a part of a classy program that supports their sports teams no matter what. That is what I saw tonight. That is the big thing I took from this.

Maryland surprisingly looks really good this year, another blowout victory.. I know they haven't played anyone great, but usually they lose to these schools.

Also, solid win by ND, although Tommy Rees, once again played like s***.

To be fair, West Xylophone State is a little down this year. Tough break losing their QB like that in the pre-season.

The main question this season - will anyone beat Alabama?

I really don't see it. I went to their game weekend before last when they plastered Arkansas 52-0, and while that's not good competition, they just did everything so well. I'd like to see a Bama/Oregon title game. While I don't see any way Alabama would lose, it'd be fun just to watch the contrasting styles.
