I find that the more respect they get, the stupider they actually are. Guys like Dusty Baker, Tony LaRussa, and Ozzie Guillen are heralded as great managers when they're all pretty much full on retarded.

The few that have an IQ over 2 digits, become enamored with themselves and start to believe they are geniuses and over manage every single game. I couldn't watch games managed by LaRussa. He ridiculously over managed every game.
