Well at least this is how it should go with a big lead. Indian hitters getting their bat on the ball and hitting it hard but we are collecting outs. Should put up more runs against these guys.

I think doubront will be a middle of the rotation guy at best, there seems to be nothing special about him

felix has to be out of shape, I remember last year he was consistently in the mid 90's

That was a horrible piece of hitting. I would want the guy tarred and feathered if he was a Red Sox. Guardians needed base runners. If he walked and the next guy went yard they would have at least made it a ballgame again....just like that. 11k's and 1 BB on the season. Should have Tito scratching at his bald head.

Felix has thrown a couple curve balls so far this game. Has not gotten them over though.

 

All three pitchers so far having trouble with the mound...falling awkwardly after they release the ball. Might be something odd about that mound.

I wondered the same thing. It had nothing to do with him being a Yankee, he's just a tool bag. Plain and simple.

Almost surprised they don't have Vic batting first and Ells second. Vic never tries to do too much with the pitch. Just leaves the head of the bat in the hitting zone as long as he can and doinks the ball into the outfield.
