Where are they? There are some excellent posters who seem to have disappeared. There are still some excellent posters here, but I believe we also need their input.

 

Does anyone know why some posters no longer seem to be contributing?

Its the offseason, and there isn't much going on in the term of news, things will pick up in April. I could have sworn both E1 and UN? both recently referred to personal reasons why they haven't been around much.

In addition I feel like posters of a certain age tend to migrate as they get older and into the real world. I used to post here all the time when I was in college, then I graduated and went to work and fell of the map. Maybe now that I'm going to grad school this fall I may post more. (No promises)

 

That combined with the offseason can explain the quiet waters. Hopefully everyone returns shortly. (At least the good posters)

I think it can be. I have known some adults that got it, and it does knock them out for a long time.

It is. Fevers get out of control and those pimple-like thingies are extremely susceptible to infection.

 

My problem was that the fever developed way before the marks appeared and wouldn't go down, but after they did show up, then the Dr. knew what to do.

 

Needless to say, i'd never felt so s***** in my entire life, and i've been through some serious health problems.
