It hasn't been a huge trend for Lester, but these numbers have been creeping the wrong way for him since the end of 2009. Especially last year, I just felt like his command was off for a great part of the year, I wonder if something mechanically has change with him?

It looks like he's playing slow pitch softball right now. He's got incredible bat control and pitch recognition right now.

This guy is unreal. That pitch to Youk was a strike in the first inning. I guess I am glad he is starting to work to a more "normal" zone but ump inconsistency drives hitters nuts.

Not after 15 games. C'mon man. He can learn a lot more in AAA and be helpful later in the season if needed.
