I thought he was Italian too. His quote from last night:

“I don’t remember,” Cervelli said when asked what he and Saltalamacchia were saying. “A lot of Spanish, because at that moment, I forgot my English.

But I thought Scutaro was Italian at one time too...LOL

Had a Sammy Sooser moment

Y228, I understand your line of reasoning, I just don't agree with it.

How can you pitch inside to a batter if they are leaning over the plate? If you miss by 2 inches and hit the batter, the benches clear. Lame.

I live in NY and have a largely Italian family. I know what a Guido is.

I always considered them just tan, loudmouth pricks, the sort of people that always have to remind everyone that they're Italian. The Jersey Shore type.

Scutaro is Italian, like Cervelli.

I'm sure that he has Italian roots with that name' date=' but an hispanic with Italian heritage is not a Guido-- that distinction goes to NY Italians and those straight from Italy.[/quote']

Still makes him a guido. There is no set meaning of a guido. Anyone of italian descent can be a guido. Even non-italians act like guidos now. It's a style more than anything.

I didn't know what a Guido was... I just found out this....

its what some people refer to italian people who talk look and act really really italian like italian mafia guys .. no its not really bad its an opinion some people dont like guidos and some people dont mind them. not all italians are considered guidos..

Is this correct A700?

Oh I'm with you there ... no need to make it into something that big.

And no surprise there. Hughes was good in the first two innings ... not so much after that. Not going to be able to beat the Red Sox with Hughes and AJ.

It's pretty close. To really know them, you need to live with them. Saying all Guidos are *******s is an unfair generalization.

Dumb f***. How the f*** do you leave a heater there vs this fat gorilla. WTF?

That's all Hughes does lol. He's always wild in the strike zone. Fortunately, when he's going well, his FB has enough life to get away with it more often than not.

f*** it. We arent winning this game. We havent hit Beckett all year. Time to pick a fight. I'd got for the knees on Ellsbury and ride one up and in on AdGon. See if we could stir up a bees nest.

God, you are such a retard.
