His next chance should be with Georgia Southern Baptist Church's softball team.

They aren't accepting these kind of players, ask Cameron!!! hehehe:D

Anyone think Gonzo can get 100 RBI by the All Star Break? That would be 40 RBI in 25 games. It would require a monster tear, but holy s***. The fact that he even has a shot at it? That's incredible.

f*** Drew right now. Think about the score we're winning 12-1 right now and about to get a sweep for the THIRD straight series. 9 wins in a row and 9 wins for Lester.

Yeah, add Sutton and Cameron to that for God's Sake!

If Ellsbury and Pedroia do their part then yes. Anyone have A-God's number with RISP? I bet his numbers are high as hell.

Here's a tough question.

When we play @NL stadiums this year, who sits, Gonzo or Ortiz??

That's easy... Ortiz

Love his bat but Gonzo plays gold glove defense and has extensive experience hitting against quality NL pitching. No way we can take him out of the lineup. Perhaps Ortiz will get 1 game out of the 3. No more.

With RISP - .381/.432/.560, 2 HR

With RISP and 2 out - .405/.476/.595, 2 HR

Package deal!

Not sure what you mean. I was agreeing with RSFFL about all the bitching about Drew, Sutton and Cameron when we're leading 12-1. Give it a rest, focus on the good things right now.

Put Ortiz in right..sit Drew...Ortiz won't catch anything, but will hit the ball...we'll start winning games 18 - 16!

Good call on the NL pitching. Didn't think about that. So s*****, though, having to choose one or the other. I hate the national league.

What i've seen from Cam's defense so far i won't care if we give Papi the RF. :D

Winnging 12-1 doesn't erase the fact Drew has been terrible this entire season and this game.

Complacency results in mediocrity...should always be trying to improve.....

Right you have a point but if we're killing the Blue Jays and a lot of other things are going right(Lester's command is back , offense, etc.) then why does it matter? I could understand if it was a close game or we were losing but that's not the case. If people expect everyone to hit like A-God they're crazy.

What is wrong with JD? He looks completely horrible.

For one , he dosent play everyday . Its hard to get into a grove when you're always benched when there's a lefty on the mound

Its also funny how you say he's lost when he began the day with a higher OPS than Crawford

It's not complacency. These players aren't going anywhere right now. But everyone enjoy beating a dead horse.

Drew is horrible. Crawford had a terrible April, but from May 1 until yesterday, Crawford has hit .305 with a .832 OPS.

From May 1 to yesterday, Drew has hit .209 with a .627 OPS.

At least Crawford is turning it around. Drew is getting worse and worse everyday.
