I think we all knew that this team was too good to keep losing, but so far the people who have stepped up, weren't really the ones we expected: Beckett, Dice-K, Lowrie all have played outside of expectations, A-Gon, Pedey, Ellsbury, Paps, and Lester, have all played within our expectations and Drew, Crawford, Salty/Tek, Youk, and Lackey have played below expectations that last group includes Crawford and Youk thats 2 players we expected to be essential to our offense yet have not done well and we have started winning without them, teams will tremble when they start hitting again.

I don't consider Youk to ever really of been slumping. His OBP has been in the .400s for a majority of the season, he's raising his BA every day too it seems.
