feel good about this loss. We are only losing by four that is not bad this team we are playing is going to win one hundred games. quality showing at least.

 

 

But if we lose by 4 to a bad Cleveland team, what does that look like when compared to playing a good or even a top team. Heck, the Rangers aren't even a top team and they destroyed us.

I live a couple blocks from Springfield college. Does seem like all they care about is basketball. I swear I've never seen people walking around that campus in anything but basketball shorts. Even in the winter

 

Yea It's a cool school though. All the people are awesome.

Okay. Let's try to look at this optimistically. Every team, EVERY team, that has every won the World Series has had these streaks over the course of a season. It's going to happen. It just so happens that our streak is early in the year. If we can just squeak one out tomorrow and maybe take 2 from New York, it'd be alright. I know it's extremely frustrating but I wouldn't throw in the towel just yet. Let's hope we can pull out of April at around .500 and start playing like the Boston Red Sox through the rest of the year. It's still April, just a really s***** April.

We can all look back on this thread and laugh after this team wins the world series

 

We're getting the losses out of the way early. If the Cardinals can go 83-79 and win it all, why can't we pull out of this mess?

I saw today a article that said "Terry Should Go". Dumb. Terry sets the line-up. We have had plenty of times where we could've scored tonight and we didn't. I really don't see how this is Terry's fault.

I usually don't like to compare two sports but I think this team will end up like the Heat. Everyone expects us to do good, we start off slow and then pick it up and starting wrecking s*** cause that's how we do it. :thumbsup:

They're 2nd in payroll. That's top 3 baby. Oh, and dynamite on paper. That's the money right there, besting payroll and paper!

the '98 Yankees started 1-4 and won 114 and the whole thing. 0-5 isn't insurmountable at this point in the year. Plus, the Yankees did pull of quite a choke in '04. Things suck now but they'll be looking up soon enough
