B.) Renting Lee for half a season to repeat WS win

As is with every other question, my answer is "it depends", and in this case it depends on if you're able to sign Lee longterm (which I think the Yankees can do) and who the prospects are. Heck, if you pulled off the Lee deal, you might not have done the Burnett contract.

Yeah thats how I'm feeling, they just should've grabbed Lee and stacked the deck. Especially since Mariano, Jeter, Posada, and Pettite are approaching the end of there careers. It may take some time to find players to fill there shoes.
