Ah, well I was kind of born into that one. Normally I wouldn't care about people not liking my pick (obviously I believe that Joseph fits perfectly into my defensive scheme), but you guys are the one's that will decide my team's fate at the end. Along with just our roster, I think it's very important that everyone explains their schemes and their team's philosophy. In baseball just looking at the roster is enough, but in football I think we should explain how everything will fit together.

When we do the voting, like in the baseball redraft, each person will do an in depth rationale behind their team and why they should win the matchup. You will have plenty of time to explain the thought process behind your choices.

 

In addition, just because a pick is deemed as "bad" doesn't mean that the player you drafted was bad. It could be that there may have been other players in that position that are better, OR, that you drafted a player way too early (ie drafting a kicker in the first round).
