I also have RSFFL's next 2 picks, so when Kilo makes his pick, I can make mine, RSFFL's 2 picks, and then my next pick, which would make it Kilo's turn again.

If Kilo is skipped, I can make my picks at 8:53 AM, although I probably won't wake up until around 11. The question is since I have my pick, RSFFL's 2 picks, and my 2nd pick, that means it'd be Kilo's turn again, and since he was already skipped, does that mean he'd get skipped again and it would be JBay's turn?
