Divinity - if you want in, you can be in.

You can draft any player on an NFL team rookies included.

Please remember that the pick clock stops between 12 and 8. If the last pick was at 2:44, the next pick is due at 10:44 am.

This is going to take a while guys, be patient.

As I mentioned before, I think RB is an overrated position and I would not take one this early. Don't like the pick, but I can be convinced otherwise.

Don't get me wrong, Johnson is a great player and a heck of a weapon to have. I'd be interested to see who you draft for your O-line. Johnson has benefitted from probably the best line in the league the last few years.

I'm torn, but I think that at his speed and versatility (and considering that the only elite QB's are gone) that Chris Johnson is a good pick, especially at the 6th pick. Granted, I think that WR's are as overrated as you consider RB's to be, but I think that it'd either a RB or an elite person at another position, and in this case, I would have chosen Chris Johnson in the same position.

I thought Revis would be the first defensive player gone (I wouldn't have chosen him but you can't argue with results) and I LOVE the Clady pick. Nice to have a franchise LT so early in the draft (I assume that's where Youker wants him)

I think were going to find that capable WR talent will be more difficult to find than capable RB talent.

Yes. In fantasy drafts they are usually the first ones picked. This draft was different since you picked Rivers instead of who I thought you were going to pick (who I can now say was Chris Johnson). Not a big deal, but it had a ripple effect on the next few picks.

Simply put I don't think there's another position in football that is so dependent on other people doing their jobs to have success than a running back. Look at the top RBs in the league today - Johnson, Adrian Peterson, etc...they have phenomenal offensive lines in front of them. I think there's value to a running back but if I'm starting a complete team (which is what this exercise is about) I'm not spending such a high pick on a running back. The bust rate and flameout potential is simply too high.

Then again, that's my view on things. If 22407 decides to draft three OL in a row, Johnson's value could be even higher. I just think without it, you're not getting the value expected of the #6 pick.

FTR, I would not have selected Johnson as the first running back taken.

Whoa not the direction I'd thought you'd go

Disagree?

I think it's evident that if you don't have a good QB you aren't winning a thang, which is why I wanted a dependable guy like Matty Ice.

Troy Polamalu, SS

I wanted a QB here, but all of the ones I wanted were taken and could probably get one later, so I decided to go with the ball-hawking, play-making safety to build my defense around.

I do think that he was one of the only good QB options left. I mean good relative to a 15 team draft. I was surprised by the pick, but only because I wouldn't have thought about it, not because it was a bad pick or anything. There have definitely been some unconventional picks thus far, which has made this even more interesting.

Kilo, and others, you've gpt to be kidding me if you're taking this "exercise" seriously. How do you draft a team with no scoring criteria ? Running backs are not important as the linemen that block for them ? So you think you can draft any linemen ( all pro or not ) and expect them to perform a a team ? Just how are you going to measure that ? Then, you want to project out 3 or 5 years, what a joke. Do you have some magical formula to predict ; injuries, free agency, trades, releases, and retirements ?
