What i literally said (And it's in the gamethread) was that there are several members of the board who dislike Drew.

 

Is that not true?

 

Also, you only supplied people with two options, skewing the results of the poll. Had you supplied a "C" option for people who didn't care either way, the poll would probably look something like this:

4 Dislike

 

Not to mention that i never literally said "Most of the board dislikes Drew" but "More than one member in the board dislike Drew". Disprove that plz.

Drew is what he is. An above average defender who'll hit 20+ homers and reach base close to 40% of the time. As nice as his stats look, he is more of a role player and works well in the sox lineup. For 2 months out of the yr, he carries your club and for the rest of the time, he walks and strikes out, thats about it. Most any team would want him, but he isnt the second coming of Ted Williams like some would have us believe.

I don't see the connection. Fred Couples is a fan favorite, does have a bad back, but how are you overpaid in golf when it's up to the golfer to win his/her money in any given tournament?

The connection is that they have the same swing; anything else is gravy.

 

Appearance money, sponsorships and tournament winnings are forms of payment. According to a recent poll, Drew is a fan favorite too with 80% loving him!-p
