In all honesty, there is no way this team is this bad. With Lester, Beckett and Lackey we are going to be a tough team to beat when they all starting firing like they should.

Hell, if you guys keep sucking, I'll make a game thread. The Red Sox sucking costs me money.

Colby Lewis is an interesting pitcher. Looked like his career was over. He goes to Japan and puts up ridiculous numbers. Will they translate? So far, he hasn't been too bad.

But maybe it's time for the Sox offense to wake up and leave the Rangers devastated in their wake with Wakefield on the bump and give Lewis a wake up call.

We do. It's a Talksox sin to mess with mojo. Not like that's been a problem recently....

This is true, which is a good thing. The Sox need all the mojo they can get!!

Texas takes two out of three. Especially today. Wake can't pitch good to Texas.

Say something positive about SOMETHING. I dare you.

Cameron is on the DL.

Cameron to DL; Reddick on the way

Posted by Peter Abraham, Globe Staff April 20, 2010 10:15 AM

It was evident yesterday that the Red Sox had to make a move in center field and it will happen today.

Mike Cameron has a sports hernia, a tearing of the abdominal muscles near his pelvis. Josh Reddick has been summoned to take his place on the roster according to team sources.

Sean McAdam of CSNNE.com reported the Cameron side of the story first.

Reddick has not hit well for Pawtucket so far (.179/200/.359), but had a terrific spring training and is one of the organization's best prospects. The alternative was Darnell McDonald, a 31-year-old journeyman.

You can expect Reddick to be in center field tonight against the Rangers.

Oh Great! and yesterday they were saying Ellsbury may need to go on the DL because his ribs just aren't healing.

It was about time they got an extra outfielder up here. Reddick has had a slow start to the season but he had a great spring training--- Josh Reddick- 23 for 60 (.383 avg) 9 Doubles, Triple, 2 HRs, 9 RBIs, 13 Runs, 3 Walks, 11 Ks

While he has had a good start to the season, those 2 starts have come against the Guardians and Mariners
