Of course the one guy who can actually hit Greinke will likely sit due to Francona wanting Jason Varitek to get AB's!!!!!! Anyway happy birthday msubulldogs21, have a good one.

A few other things, to win this game we are going to need Beckett to pitch like an ace, the offense probably wont do anything (Not dissing the offense, they are just facing one of elite pitchers in the game, right now in Zack Greinke), if we even have a chance of winning this game. If Beckett gives up 1 or 2 runs we could possibly lose this game, especially with our bullpen.

In fact, my next point, what the mother f*** is wrong with the bullpen? Papelbon has looked shaky thus far this year. Daniel Bard is looking horrible and makes me cringe at the thoughts of even trading Papelbon and having him as the closer. And God, I think Francona needs to control his hard on for Okajima, he CANT PITCH EVERYDAY. He has been struggling lately, yet he continues to throw him out there in close games. Another thing is, why the hell have Schoenweis and Atchison been pitching in meaningful games? (not tonight obviously but in yankee series). We have Ramon Ramirez who has only been used one this year and was one of our better relievers last year, WTF...

Go Sox, hopefully they are able to score some runs off Greinke and hopefully Beckett has a shut down game and the bullpen could actually pitch well for once this season.

Tito needs to not "rest" his players in bunches, especially against Greinke. Cameron, Beltre and Papi being "rested" for Hermida, Lowell and Varitek. Greinke is gonna rip through this lineup like a knife through hot butter

I guess that makes me feel better that I have Greinke going tonight.

Tito does this a lot, its nothing new. Several occasions, Tito sent out B lineups against Roy Halladay. One of those was a complete game shutout

Those last two pitches were inside the hazy, borderline strikezone on Gameday.

MLB umps, FML.

Well, at least Darling is consistently inconsistent. Ball 3 to Varitoast was a clear strike also.

So, he decides to make up for it by calling a clear ball a strike.

Get rid of these jokers.

EDIT: Nevermind, I was looking at pitch #6. The sentiment still stands, though.
