Tek is a amazing 10-78 = .128

 

Krotchman was batting over .280 before coming to the Sox. Yes, it has dropped a little bit, but that happens when you are sitting more then you are playing.

The only one we haven't seen before is Lowell at first.

I wouldn't mind seeing Martinez get fewer nights behind the plate until the playoffs begin. The Wild Card spot is locked up and he could benefit from not having to wear himself out unnecessarily the last couple weeks.

He can play it but he's not exactly great there.

 

Figgins is a hugely overrated defender. UZR/150 lists 3B as his only really competent defensive position.
