No Lowell who is sitting in favor of Kotchman, but not because Lowell needs the rest. It's meant to get Mighty Casey some ABs. According to Tito:

Sure they could play him every day, then we would have gimpy Lowell running around. Mikey is going to have to get over the fact he is finishing this season in a semi platoon type deal.
