I am not negative again when everyone was saying our season was over after we were swept by the Yankees I said we would win our next 6 or 7 in a row and win the wildcard easily. That was when Beckett was right. Do you think we can go anywhere without Beckett in top form.

you are right my friend, sorry I wasn't confident in their ability to win tonight just didn't think they had a comeback in them and I was wrong and I mean't after It was 6-5 I figured the Rays would tack on 2 more and we would then lose 8-5. I think we win tomorrow though and I really hope we do.

A-Gon has come through in the clutch quite a bit since we acquired him, and Lowell pinch hitting there meant Green in the field -- something to be avoided.

 

I dunno, I probably would have gone with Lowell myself. Might as well use the best available hitter.

Tito doesn't like using pinch hitters. He'd rather pray his s***** hitter comes through than using math to go with the better option. Me, I take stats/history/reality over faith every time.
