Nippert? Wasn't this one of the guys Jacko was soiling himself about right before the Yankees traded Johnson back to Arizona, but they ended up with Dusseldorf instead?

Hope you've been well ORS. MISS YOU OUT HERE!!!!!

All's well. Been busy with work and working on the new house. The whole thing needs/needed paint and cleaning on the inside. About 75% done there. It's got a pool that had pond water, frogs, etc in it. Had to clean that out, then had to service/replace half of the pump equipment. Still need to paint the rest, and then get started on some landscaping.

 

It was a foreclosure, so we got it for a song, but it sat for a while and the previous people in it were renters, so it needs work.

 

I'm still checking in from time to time at work, and I see the next generation is doing a good job handing it to the bbdoc.

Congrats on the new home! I can only imagine the shapes it's in. The hard work will be well worth it when you make it a great home for your family. Good luck to you and yours!

 

bbdoc being bbdoc and getting constant s*** for it...gotta love it.

 

A double play ball here would be nice.
