Who is better: Greinke, or Dice-K

Let me start off by saying this is not to stir up any "drama". I want honest opinions. I had a guy on my home Royals board try to tell us Dice-K is better.

 

Matsuzaka is a better pitcher than Zack Greinke.

 

He wasn't talking about this year, he's talking as a whole, since Matsuzaka came to the MLB in 2007. I had some time on my hands, so I came up with this...

 

As starters, since 2007...

Greinke spent the majority of the 2007 season as a reliever, so I thought it'd be more fair to only use his numbers as a starter. Anyways, here are the overall numbers...

Greinke, and it's not even close. Dice-K pitches in a much harder division, but Greinke has a chance to be a perennial ace. Dice-K may not last the season in the starting rotation.

I should also mention that I thought the numbers were a lot closer than they are. I thought Dice-K threw a lot more innings, and I didn't realized he walks so many. I'm not trying to bash the guy, or the Red Sox, I just thought the statement was a little ridiculous when it was made, and after comparing numbers for the last 2.5 seasons, I think it's absolutely stupid.
