Did Youk just not get the bag on that play? The NESN angle really wasn't conclusive, but from the angle provided he looked out.

YES only showed it once and even Kay isn't making a big deal about it so I'm gonna say it was foul. Kay would be crying and saying how unfair it is and how they should allow instant replay on plays like that.

No he wasn't, YES showed an angle from directly behind the bag, and there was clearly space between his foot and the bag.
