But not one that he is currently suffering from. The pitching coach said that Santana had the blister earlier in the season, and to compensate for it, changed the grip on his fastball. Apparently the changed grip on the fastball has caused the pitch to cut instead of stay true.

I have never seen a pitcher pitch so well, game in and game out, yet still give up a decent amount of runs each time.

You can never assume that a team wins a game, but if the Yankees lose tonight, it will prove as one of the worst regular season losses I have ever seen (not including one play losses like Luis Castillo).

just as I say that, he throws a beauty and gets the DP. He needs to minimize the run and get more sink in order to be useful. He cannot be leaving half his pitches belt high
