seriously.. what does it take for you guys to believe that Im not the CBK and that I've been watching the rays since their first pitch. I dont really care what or who you believe but.... im sorry its killing you guys that we torn into your "ace". It's frustrating I understand. This game isnt over....the series isn't over. Most of my cheap shots are replies to cheap shots from you guys. Dont act like you all are innocent b/c you aren't. If my team was down 5-0 at home and my ace started I'd be as upset as you guys are. Therefore I feel for you guys... somewhat....I just find it amusing how you guys cant give any respect to the Rays and have trouble accepting the fact that we might be just as good as you guys if not better.

Quote from the TBS announcer:

"And the Fenway faithful are booing the homefield team"

I think jacksonianmarch was right, it's 'booooo-urns'

You guys booed ARod and Jeter.

and Mo. Then again, the yankees were used to winning WS. I thought the sox fans said they could die happy when they won it all and that no player would be booed or have a dry glass in Boston again. Guess that was a lie, eh?

Pretty much. This goes for anyone: when you win one, you want more, then more after that. It's just human nature, the fans want to win more. It shouldn't surprise anyone.

I'm confused as to what your point is.

Yankees win WS, boo ARod, Mo, Jeter.

Red Sox win WS, boo Varitek.

What's your point, exactly?

Around the time the sox won the WS, the fans I knew were trying to point out how different they were from the rest. Turns out, we're all fickle fans.

Well, it would certainly lend credence to your claims if you didn't ask if they were booing when Youk came up. You may know the Rays, watching since July is long enough to pick up one team. But not knowing the opposition at all, the division rival, suggests that first pitch came this year.

Just so you know.
