South Florida and Kansas are playing an AWESOME game right now. Kansas was up 20-3 in the 2nd quarter, but USF has fought back to take a 34-27 lead with about 7:00 to go in the game. It's on ESPN2 by the way.

Michigan is taking "s***ing all over themselves" to a new level.

Man they suck. No athletes, no defense, no anything.

Georgia and South Carolina have a great game going here. UGA is up 14-7 but SC has 1st and goal and is about to tie it up. SEC football is awesome. Can't beat it.

Edit: South Carolina fumbles into the end zone for a touchback! Wow!

That running back looked pretty good.

They'll be fine when Rodriguez gets his athletes in there. Nobody in the Big Elev... err, Ten... can stop the spread.

Speaking of the Big Ten... USC - 35 Ohio State - 3

I figured USC would win relatively easily, but I figured Ohio State would keep it somewhat interesting.

Many of the pundits have Missouri winning the Big 12 due to the ease of their schedule. They can put points on the board with the quickness, but that defense leaves something to be desired. I certainly see them in the title game, but Oklahoma looks like a more well rounded team.

Auburn leads Mississippi State 3-2

lol

Bad times.

We have one of the better defenses in the nation, but no one is going to convince me we don't have the worst offense.

Post of the night, courtesy of the Mississippi State message board:

"I wonder what the Sonic drive of the game was?"

"The drive home!"

i have yet to see a prediction of the irish going undefeated, whats wrong here, theyre 2-0 and no one sees a national championship going to south bend??

Miss St usually plays defense but Sylvestre Croom is RC Slocumb and Pat Dye rolled into 1 man who despises offense.

How he still has a job with his record is beyond me.

If the Mississippi kids stayed home they would have great teams in ole miss and state, they produce a s*** load of ball players from the delta.

If that announcer called him Sly Croom one more time I was gonna throw my TV.

Auburn and Mississippi St. An offensive battle for the ages.

What do Civil Rights and football offenses have in common in the south?

So many correct answers here Sean-o

They're opposed to both

Both don't exist

Both are 60 years behind

That game was a turd to watch, thank god that USC- Ohio state started shortly after and I could watch a 5 seed spotted 11 point get their asses kicked.

I saw the writing on the wall for that one, as I think I read you played it too.

USC is too fast, too talented, and the big 10 is the most overrated conference in football.

I'm looking forward to seeing Florida a little later in the season- I like watching them play and despite their schedule they might have a chance of being in a chair when there are two left and the music stops.

florida has a brutal schedule

usc has to deal with arizona st and cal....and the irish of course.

i had usc laying the lumber.

i hate laying a dozen with against a team that runs and plays defense and when osu went up 3-0 im staring down 3 scores behind...

alas smart money prevailed and todd beckman was exposed as was the big 10.

this usc team is as balanced as theyve ever been, they may not have the studs of previous years but team wise they bring a lot of balance to the table.

Their linebackers are very, very good and McKnight makes them very dangerous, as once he's put some positive yardage up those receivers get a little space and Sanchez can just huck it up there.

I was never really concerned about laying the 11, I put it in as soon as I heard Wells wasn't playing. Laurinaitis is going to be a very good pro player.

i been leary about osu linebackers since andy katzenmoyer busted here.

they got all kinds of speed on the wings offensively and defensively.

clay matthews jr playing defensive end at 6'4 280 and he runs a 4.5 40??

and hes white?

genetics are fascinating

I wouldnt be surprised if the Irish finished the yr with 1 loss (@USC). Not because they are truly a 1 loss team, but because their schedule is ridiculously easy. USC is the only ranked team they play

Posted

they got a couple of big 10 teams in purdue and mich state who will be difficult to beat

then they have the vaunted service academys to deal with

i was at the airforce game last year in south bend

i have never seen an offensive line that was outweighed by 40 lbs a man by the defensive line, knock the piss out of the defense like i did that day when the irish broke their record of futility.

anyways

they got north carolina in chapel hill and then they come here to play a real irish catholic football team who has owed them for the past 15 years, pitt will be a test, stanford blows as does syracuse.

hey

if they do put it together as you say they could go into usc undefeated and finish with say 1-2 losses.

but then they get their BCS game.

and once again they get beat by 40 and everyone looks like douchebags in the process.

their skill positions are almost as bad as bc's but their qb is much better.

i got my eye on them but i see maybe an 8 win team which would be a vast improvement and let this guy keep his job.

Every team in the SEC has a brutal schedule.

Neither Arizona State nor Cal has impressed me either. Cal just got beat by a lousy Maryland team, and ASU lost to... UNLV. Oregon looks like the 2nd best team in the PAC 10 but likely still won't be much of a challenge for USC.

Posted

i saw maryland line up and knock the snot out of cal saturday.

maryland scored 20pts combined against delaware st and william and mary??

then they handle the pac 10 team with ease....

Oregon and ASU?

state lost to unlv?

holy s***,i didnt see that....Another fraud i guess...Oregon has looked good,we shall see
