I don't know if someone posted this already, but here it is...

 

I'm listening to the banter on the Toronto TV feed about how this is Bay's first as a big leager playing a game in Canada. According to baseball-reference.com, it isn't. It seems as though it is at least his 4th.

 

July 9, 10, & 11, 2004 - They show him as playing in games two, three, and four of a series when the Pirates visited the Expos.

He went 4 for 5 with 4 runs scored and a home run.

 

I also saw an article somewhere on BostonHerald.com about tonight being his first. Am I missing something? Is is possible that no one looked this up?

I think it's possible that the Expos have been forgotten to that point, yes.

That series was in Puerto Rico.

The CHW have put 12 on in 6 and even hit a HR, and they have 2 runs. Maybe it just is the Rays year, they have that kind of s*** happen just about every night.
