Did anyone see the two douche bags in the Yankee hats cheering after the Ellsbury strike out? What are they cheering about? Did the Yankees name a new manager? Did ARod extend his contract? I can't imagine what they have to cheer about.

Noticed it and thought the same thing. Those Yankee hats were very fresh looking. I'll bet they are "lifelong" fans.

Do you think they are saying "we have the much better young talent and a bright future."

We'll probably need 3 innings from the pen. Who is available and for how long? I have to think MDC and Papelbon are available. MDC scares me. Any chance of a Gagne sighting or is he still at the Boston DMV?

Gagne is on a beer run for the post-game.

Lester has done his job, in my eyes. If we can get one or two more innings, great. But he has set a good solid tone for five innings and thats what we wanted.

Despite his troubles last night, I still think MDC is the right call for first reliever out of the 'pen. His problem was wildness, but he's been gloriously inconsistent with that. In other words, he might have it tonight, and if he does he has the stuff the Rocks are struggling with most, a good FB. Give him a shot and pull him if he walks someone.

At least one more.

It's time for Manny to show Cook that he is the Head Chef.

I'd say two if he goes scoreless again.

Love the cooking pun.

They are thinking that Wang is spectacular in the playoffs and he too would have struck him out.

Sure is gonna suck to not have baseball on tv once this series is over.

I'm not a football fan and 6 months is too damn long until next season.

Watch basketball. Or just do something else. Revel in the glory of being champions?
