Well this game sucked. The ace and the offense were lacking on clutch performances tonight, heres hoping they get a win tomorrow

 

Matsuzaka vs Slowley

Wakefield vs Silva

Schilling vs Garza

 

With the Yankees playing the Orioles, the Sox will have to take 2 out of 3 to avoid giving up the divisional lead

Actually the last 3 innings. In the 7th they had 2 men on, 1 out, but was ended when Lowell bounced into the double play

It might have been brought up for some reason. I wasn't watching so I wouldn't know. I was just defending the validity of his argument.

 

Probably Kay saying how Pedroia shouldn't be ROY.

Sometimes its not what you say, but how you say it. I understand where he is coming from, but I don't agree with his appoach.

 

He also mumbled some crap conceding the the Cy to Sabathia the other day "although Josh Beckett has already won 20."

Why is Tito not resting Ortiz and Pedroia at this point - getting ready for the playoffs. Does it really matter to him that the Sox clinch the division over the health of these guys in the post season? Seems to contradict his approach last week when it appeared he would start resting some guys.
