Holy s*** Schilling's looking good tonight. NICE command so far. Then again I just saw him K Abreu, that's when I tuned in.

None the less he's looking good.

Let's rip Clemens a new one tonight and WIN.

Nice command? He hung both sliders. The only thing he has going for him is that he is a completely different pitcher now than what we are used to seeing.

Shhhhhhhh

edit - Speed. Noice.

Bet Ellsbury gets plunked next time up.

Clemens is a dickhole enough to do something like that, especially to rookie talent.

You used Ted Williams as a comp to Jacoby Ellsbury.

Shhhhhhhh

Uhhh because Williams was a hitter, and this Ellsbury guy is a hitter.

Now I don't mean he'll be as good or better than Williams, but he's showing some good similarities play wise. Such as hitting, and hitting damn well.

Why because you know I'm right? No really come on' date=' tell me.[/quote']

Ted Williams career low in homeruns in playing in 100+ games was 10, in 1959.

His career high was 43.

I wouldn't be shocked if Ellsbury hit 43 for his career.

So comparing them when they aren't the same type hitter seems pretty foolish, no?

I'll remember that when Ellsbury makes the 500 club.

Don't forget it was me who believed Beckett would be great this season and everyone else called BS on it. Yeah well they can eat that too.
