Zach Neto to Boston? How the Red Sox could make a splash at the trade deadline

Could we see Angel’s shortstop Zach Neto in a Red Sox uniform by the August 3rd trade deadline? The idea is not as far-fetched as you may think.
It’s no secret that the Boston Red Sox are interested in the young power-hitting shortstop Zach Neto, as they had conversations with the Angels about trading for him last winter. Unfortunately, the talks didn’t progress.
Flash forward to this season, the Red Sox currently find themselves needing a shortstop.
Ever since Trevor Story went down with a sports hernia on May 14th, the shortstop position has seen quite a few different faces. Marcelo Mayer and Isiah Kiner-Falefa covered the position until they both went down with injuries as well. Isiah Kiner-Falefa suffered a stress reaction in his left forearm on June 18th, and Marcelo Mayer on June 26th with a bone stress reaction in his left forearm.
Since then, the position has been held down by Andruw Monasterio and Tsung-Che Cheng. While they have been serviceable at shortstop, they are not considered to be everyday-type players.
It was reported earlier today by Ken Rosenthal and Will Sammon of The Athletic that the Boston Red Sox are interested in and view Zach Neto as a “strong fit.”
Zach Neto could be the right-handed hitter that the Red Sox are looking for, as he's slashing .238 AVG, .326 OBP, .446 SLG, and an OPS of .771, with 19 HR and 46 RBIs.
Zach Neto could exploit the Green Monster, as the wall is a dream for right-handed pull hitters at Fenway Park. And with his Pull Air % of 28.2%, his bat would fit Fenway Park perfectly.
Zach Neto is currently 25 years old and still has 3 years of team control left before becoming an unrestricted free agent in 2030.
Any potential deals would most likely cost the Red Sox a couple of young guys, as the Angels would almost certainly ask for that. Marcelo Mayer could definitely be one of the players the Angels ask for in return.
Could the Red Sox pull the trigger and make this potential deal happen?
